Yazmen Settle

I am a clinical mental health counseling student at Walden University. I started my mental health journey in 2014, when I overcame my own life challenges and obstacles surrounding mental health.

During this time, I realized the importance of going to therapy and the impact counselors have when advocating and supporting those through mental health care. Upon graduation and receiving my license credentials, I plan to open a private practice to help support young adults going through depression and anxiety disorders.

Today, I am clinical mental health student, mother, and podcast host. I am continuously looking for opportunities within the mental health space.
