Play Therapy is an effective intervention to help children safely express themselves, communicate their needs, and heal from past traumatic experiences.

Person-Centered Therapy

Through this process, clients will discover their own solutions and build confidence and independence. This approach can be helpful for those who suffer from grief, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse or other mental health conditions.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a goal oriented form of therapy that concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring one’s hope for the future to find quicker resolution of one’s problems. This form of therapy has been effective for people of all ages who struggle with child behavioral problems, family dysfunction, domestic or child abuse, addiction and relationship problems.

Strengthening Families Program (SPF)
SFP is for all families – not just at-risk families.  This evidenced based program emphasizes the parenting skills of Bonding, setting Boundaries, and Monitoring, and is designed to improve family relationships and correct the Risk Factors in a child’s life that can lead to substance abuse or mental illness. By increasing capacities for emotional-regulation, self-expression and behavioral control, SFP reduces family conflict, increases school performance and diminishes aggression, delinquency, and anti-sociality.
