Malinda Grace

Hello! I am Malinda Grace
Therapist

I began my career in mental health over 20 years ago as a residential counselor in Belle Mead, NJ. I developed a joy for working with children and families which led me to acquiring a bachelor’s in Religion from Rutgers University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups and received extensive training in de-escalation and crisis management skills as a teacher’s assistant, mentor, behavior assistant, and life skills coach.

I focus on building rapport and infusing hope to families and individuals looking to improve their lives. I utilize Person Centered Therapy and employ a holistic approach to assist and support clients by offering unconditional positive regard with genuine care and authenticity.   I have experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent, depressed, anxious, and those suffering from grief and loss. My straightforward and fun approach to working with my current client population helps me build rapport and maintain focus throughout the therapeutic process.  In my free time, I spend time cooking for my family, hiking, creating art, and writing self-help material.

Malinda is under the direct supervision of Chanel Toson, LPC 010662.
